Leveraging their expertise to establish frameworks and processes to ensure consistent messaging across all touch-points.

Being instrumental in designing and implementing employee engagement programs that reinforce the employer brand.

To play a significant role in promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, further enhancing the organizations reputation.

Be a key element in shaping a strong employer brand lies in fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Masters in Management/Human resources/ Marketing/ Systems/ Industrial Psychology with background of IT domain.
