Job Description:-

- Act as the Business Analyst and liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver billing transformation solutions.

- Lead the business analysis process for brownfield billing transformation projects for tier 1 telcos, ensuring all business requirements are captured and translated into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including architects, developers, and testers) to deliver end-to-end billing system transformation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Manage and track requirements through the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Work closely with BRM (Business Requirement Management) tools and processes to ensure smooth tracking, approval, and sign-off of business requirements.

- Provide exposure and guidance around RODOD (Revenue and Order Data Operations), ensuring that data flow and business processes are optimized.

- Participate in solution design and testing phases, including UAT, to ensure business needs are met.

- Ensure alignment with telecom industry standards and practices related to billing, CRM, and OSS/BSS systems.

- Assist in the management of stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven experience with at least two brownfield billing transformation projects in tier 1 telecom companies.

- Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and systems (including OCS, BSS/OSS, CRM).

- Expertise in BRM (Business Requirements Management) and RODOD (Revenue and Order Data Operations).

- Familiarity with billing transformation technologies and tools such as Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Ericsson Billing, NetCracker, or similar.

- Experience with end-to-end delivery in agile environments, from gathering requirements to go-live.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across various business and technical domains.
