Business Analyst (9-14 yrs)

Job Description :

- Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

- Strong understanding and experience with API integrations.

- Mandatory working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

- Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, technical teams, etc.) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.

Analysis and Problem Solving :

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Propose solutions and provide recommendations that align with business goals and objectives.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

- Ensure business stakeholders' expectations are met and manage any scope changes.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :

- Develop and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing scenarios are aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and track defects, ensure resolution, and verify that the solution meets business requirements.

API Integrations :

- Assist in the integration of APIs between systems and ensure smooth data exchange between applications.

- Work with technical teams to understand API requirements and ensure they meet business needs.

- Validate API integrations during testing and ensure functional consistency.

System and Process Design :

- Collaborate with technical teams to design systems, tools, and processes that meet business needs.

- Prepare use cases, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate system functionality.

- Ensure all solutions align with business requirements and technical constraints.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze data and provide insights that support business decision-making.

- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Change Management :

- Support change management efforts by helping teams adopt new systems, processes, or tools.

- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to ensure successful implementation.

Continuous Improvement :

- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements based on analysis and feedback.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure that business requirements and solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards and policies.

- Identify potential risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
