Automation Test Lead - Selenium/C# (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Test Automation : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C#. Implement robust testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- BDD Implementation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices using SpecFlow. Write and maintain feature files and step definitions.

- Test Strategy : Define and execute test strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to meet project requirements.

- Test Planning : Plan and estimate testing efforts, coordinating with development and product teams to align on project timelines and deliverables.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.

- Reporting : Analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to the team, recommending improvements based on testing outcomes.

- Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, helping them develop their skills in automation testing and best practices.

Key Skills :

- Proficiency in Selenium with C# for test automation.

- Experience with BDD frameworks, particularly SpecFlow.

- Strong knowledge of Visual Studio and Unit Testing Frameworks.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/MCA).
