Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and versatile SAP Project Manager to lead diverse projects across the SAP landscape. The initial assignment will focus on managing the transition to SAP RISE, leveraging strong expertise as well in SAP BASIS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery across multiple SAP disciplines, including rollouts, implementations, and processes re-engineering. This role requires excellent communication skills, extensive SAP experience across various Domains and modules, and a strong architectural understanding of SAP systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Initial Focus on SAP RISE Implementation :

Lead and manage the transition to SAP RISE, ensuring smooth execution aligned with scope, budget, and timelines.

2. BASIS Expertise :

Oversee technical activities such as system installations, migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning as part of BASIS-related projects.

3. Comprehensive SAP Project Management :

Manage and deliver diverse SAP projects, including rollouts, enhancements, and implementations across multiple modules and disciplines.

4. Architectural Insight :

Provide strategic input and architectural guidance to ensure scalable, efficient, and integrated SAP solutions.

5. Process Optimization :

Develop and refine processes to improve project delivery and operational efficiency across SAP systems.

6. Stakeholder and Team Management :

Act as a key communicator between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables. Lead and mentor project teams to foster accountability and excellence.

7. Risk Mitigation and Quality Assurance :

Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain high-quality standards throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.

- 10 to 14 years of experience in SAP project management, with recent hands-on experience in SAP project implementation and managed a RISE Project would be a plus.

- Strong background Overall SAP activities including BASIS

- Proven ability to deliver complex SAP projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills :

- Deep expertise in BASIS and SAP RISE implementations.

- Broad understanding of SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.

- Strong architectural knowledge of SAP systems and integrations.
