Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage solar mini grid projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for techno-commercial activities, including site visits and stakeholder engagement.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, design calculations, and risk analysis for solar power plant projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies during project execution.
  
• Provide technical support for operation & maintenance of existing solar plants.

• Oversee the techno-operation of solar facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for solar power plants.
• Address and resolve reactive maintenance issues in transmission and distribution systems.
• Supervise and perform troubleshooting activities at the plant level.
• Manage maintenance tasks for diesel generators associated with solar power systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns in solar power plant operations and implement necessary repairs.
• Address breakdowns specifically related to transmission and distribution components.
• Generate detailed reports on plant utilization data, downtime, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate on material requirement planning (MRP) and provide budget inputs to the finance team.
• Handle technical aspects related to new solar power connections.
• Manage maintenance, replacement, and planning for battery banks.
• Work on strategies to optimize and support the integration of new productive loads.
• Oversee items related to repair and maintenance activities.
• Manage technical aspects related to the extension of transmission and distribution (T&D) systems.
• Address miscellaneous technical issues as they arise.
• Plan and execute replacement or swapping of battery banks.
• Handle and resolve issues related to inverters and chargers.
• Plan and implement extensions to photovoltaic and inverting capacities.
• Engage in technical discussions and due diligence for replication projects.
• Conduct due diligence, participate in technical discussions, and provide comprehensive reports.
