Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor large-scale solar power plant projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-cost delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, EPC contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with state and central regulations, including renewable energy policies.
• Oversee site engineers and field teams, ensuring smooth execution of construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of solar power plant design, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical components used in solar power plants.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.

Job Title: Site Engineer – Solar Power Plant

Location: Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Pan India
Experience: 2-5 Years
Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Renewable Energy, Solar Power

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power plants.
• Ensure adherence to project design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and workforce at the project site.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and layout planning.
• Ensure proper wiring, earthing, module mounting, and inverter installation.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve on-site challenges.
• Maintain records of site activities, material usage, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with solar panel installation, inverters, and transformers.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and site layouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at remote locations.
