Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

1) Good understanding and experience in preparing coordinated architectural working drawings. Shall draft and get drafted by the team correct the correct, precise coordinated working drawings.

2) Knowledge about MEP services and structural coordination with various consultants, clients engineering team and project requirements to get through the design development process within time bound manner.

3) Have good command and experience in creating technical DD value engineering, ability of closing design development and coordination process as per schedule.

4) Adherence to project schedules, architectural management and drawings preparation within the time and as per quality and company standards.

5) Architectural management and documentation - taking the lead role in DD process - coordination - reporting - preparing MOM and required correspondence in mails and messages,

6) Drawings checking - getting the work done by subordinates - giving proper briefing and orientation - submit the complete drawings to checking team for final approvals.

7) daily Coordinate with project coordinator and management including design team for all issues - concerns and decisions proposed to take.

8) High quality fast drafting skills with detailing.

9) Ability to handle multiple projects.

10) Good communication, interpersonal and decision making skills - keeping right PRO with client to their satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Minimum 6 to 12 years experience in design development team.

Good Communication and ability to work in team.
