Senior Architect (2-8 yrs experience in Architectural project )

Role Description:

We are seeking seasoned architects with 3-10 years of experience in design, execution of Mass Housing, residential & interior projects. If your portfolio showcases your ability to create inspiring living spaces, we want you to lead our team!

Qualifications:

• A keen interest in the built environment with experience in design and execution of Mass Housing, residential , commercial projects & interior project with knowledge of NBC and UDPCR and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion.
• Strong Software Development and Integration skills, including experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage site challenges, schedules and project timelines
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
