A.  Skills and Capabilities
I. Technical Skills:
1.Candidate should be Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA Finance / Passed Intermediate exam of Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Cost Accountancy (CMA) etc.
2.Familiar with finance, tax, customs, forex process and audit operations. Knowledge of IND-AS is required.
3.Excellent working skills in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT) etc. Knowledge of working in ERP environment, especially SAP HANA.
4.Candidate should have some working experience in Capex/fixed asset operations and inventory related operations / material movements in SAP HANA.

II. Behavioral Skills/Soft Skills:

1. Should have strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, good communication skills and learning attitude.

B. Job Responsibilities:-
Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end result for the achievement of which you will be held accountable.
1. Revenue recognition, management reporting of revenue generating activities and analysis of variances and profitability.
2. Handle Fixed Assets / Capex accounting and reporting process in SAP HANA.
3. Handle inventory / material related operations and analysis in SAP HANA.
4. Support the monthly accounting - book closure activities and reporting of MIS items, especially those relating to Revenue.
5.Budget management - Assist the finance manager and company management to promote the company's overall budget work, control and compliance.
6. Assist the finance manager to formulate and improve the company's financial system, and improve internal control framework.
7. Business Reporting (National and Global), variance analysis and working capital management
8. Support on integration of financial reporting results with new IT initiatives like Power BI, SAP HANA post implementation issues etc.
9. Facilitate timely completion of statutory audit/internal audits.
Ensure all corrective actions recommended as a result of observations made in audits are taken in a time-bound manner and implemented
