Position Title:

Customer Support Engineer leading to QPS (Project Delivery Engineer)

B.E/ B. Tech/ M. E. Electronics / BSc Computer Science - with technical expertise

Previous Experience:

At least 3 years experience delivering successful SCADA projects

Location:

Pune

Primary Responsibilities:

• To help customers to solve business and technical challenges with the software product.
• To provide guidance on how to best configure the software product to achieve the goals of the customer.
• To undertake continuous learning and to share that knowledge amongst your peers.
• To provide delivery partners with application support
• Develop (where necessary) modules to solve project challenges such as
• Creating and maintaining SQL Stored procedures
• Configuring Cloud infrastructure
• Travel as necessary to various customer sites (predominantly National but potentially International as well)
• To work on multiple projects and regions in parallel.
• Work closely with the global team.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience of SCADA and automation products.
• Previous experience of IT design and configuration activities such as networking.
• Proven history of delivering successful projects using SCADA and automation products.
• Good communication skills to interact well with customers.
• Ability to translate a customer requirement into a general function.
• Having working knowledge of system architectures.
• Basic knowledge of deploying cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Industrial automation communication protocols and concepts.
• Knowledge of SCADA (ICONICS/ WinCC/WinCC-OA, Ignition, etc..) software will be an added advantage.
