As an Senior Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the invoice processing and billing operations for our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions while supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
What You Will Do
Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Billing Operations: Assist in billing operations, including generating invoices and reconciling accounts receivable.
Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding invoice-related issues.
Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks and analyze billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to streamlining invoice and billing procedures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Have
Bachelordegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Having an overall industry experience between 5-10 years with relevant 1-4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in finance, accounting, or billing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
