The Financial Reporting & Compliance Assistant is responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports for the organization. She/He has to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, MIS and other financial statements.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with other teams to obtain financial data for reports as needed.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and prepare written and oral reports on findings.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Maintain and update financial reporting policies and procedures.
What You Will Have
Bachelordegree in accounting, finance or CA (inter ).
Previous experience 8+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Tally ERP, NetSuite and other financial software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
