2. Job Purpose

To ensure the efficient and effective administration, coordination, and management of training programs

and initiatives. This position is integral in supporting the university's mission to provide high-quality

education and professional development opportunities for students. The executive in this role will look

after operational efforts, manage resources, and assist the managers in implementing strategic plans to

enhance the overall training experience and outcomes.

3. Key Accountability

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the training department to ensure smooth and efficient

functioning.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and

compliance with university standards.

Program Coordination:

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops.

Financial and Budget

• Assistance to Managers and Sr. Managers to manage financial resources and budgets to ensure

optimal utilization.

Collaborations

• Promote collaboration between different departments to improve overall teamwork and

effectiveness.

• Cross-functional support involves coordinating, documenting, and assisting the team as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance

metrics.

Academic

• Support academic initiatives and contribute to educational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university

administration, faculty members, career services, students, alumni, employers, and industry

partners, L&D partners to enhance collaboration and support for L&D initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Support in collecting and analyzing data on student outcomes, employer feedback, and program

effectiveness to assess the CDC's impact and inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and Maintain

necessary reports and documents for ensuring smooth conduct.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all training programs comply with university policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and strategic initiatives to

senior leadership.
