Php Developer Executive

2. Job Purpose

● Manage daily Website operations including updates, technical changes (LAMP with CodeIgniter), security, SEO

● Take a review of existing cloud architecture used for Websites and decide future plans.

● Support, participate in executing/implementing Web sites and related policies, standards, security. Operational

● Meeting with the reporting manager to discuss system/university/end user needs.

● Arrange team resources, assign tickets, monitor the IT support for Web development.

● Escalate as per the requirement, identify the gaps in IT support.

● Responding to general Website related requests.

● Ensuring IT budget is monitored, updated and purchases are happening in line with it.

● Filing monthly reports for the Manager.

● Support the on/off campus events/projects/other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the management.

● Supervise employees, monitor their performance, and provide feedback. They should also help with hiring, training, and scheduling.

● Should have excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop strategies to resolve them.

● Manage expenses and supplies within approved budgets.

• Devise and set up objectives to boost Organisation productivity and ensure that goals are met. They should also maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• ● Interpersonal skills to meet the demands of customers and coach their team to maintain a similar standard of customer service .
• ● Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack.
• ● Write clean and efficient code for backend and frontend development.
• ● Collaborate with designers and developers on projects.
• ● Perform testing and debugging of web applications.
• ● Ensure web applications are secure and scalable.
• ● Stay updated on LAMP stack technologies and advancements.
