Job Description
You will be performing the role of client finance and accounting at the site and will be responsible for the the financial services scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:
- Responsible for Submission of MIS & Reports as per SLAs to respective stakeholders
- Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR taking input from each department
- To coordinate with EM for maintaining various trackers maintained at site.
- To coordinate with various section heads for following up for closing pending Complaints and preparing reports for delay in closing.
- To maintain record of various communication with external bodies and monitor them for reminders on case basis.
- Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
Reporting:
You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager MIS.
Eligibility Criteria for Hiring Apprenticeship: (Important)
- Graduates and 3-year Diploma Holders who have passed in the last 3 years, or MBA graduates who completed their graduation in the last 5 years.
- Candidates applying for this program should have an Aadhar-seeded account.
- The minimum age for an apprenticeship is 14 (18 years in case of hazardous industries) and the candidate must possess the educational/technical and physical qualifications specified in the Curriculum for the relevant trade.
- Apprentices must be registered on the apprenticeship portal.
- Apprentices must have an Aadhaar number or a Unique Identification Number in the case of candidates/apprentices from J&K and North-East.
- Candidates who graduated from foreign universities are not eligible for hiring as apprentices.
- Candidates with an active contract on the Government Portal (NATS or NAPS) are ineligible for hiring as apprentices
