Logistic MIS Executive

• Ensure all invoice details (amounts, product details, dates, etc.) are accurate.
  
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, including incorrect pricing, missing items, or calculation errors.
  2. Mathematical & Analytical Skills
  
• Ensure precise calculations of totals, taxes, discounts, and percentages.
  
• Apply correct formulas for tax rates, discounts, and additional fees.
  3. Software & ERP Proficiency
  
• Utilize ERP and business software for data management and reporting.
  
• Maintain and update price lists in the system (Google Sheets, ERP software).
  4. Communication & Coordination
  
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  
• Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and generate customized reports.
  5. Problem-Solving & Reporting
  
• Identify errors and resolve mismatches between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support business operations.
  

Requirements Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, logical functions).
  
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
  
• Experience with Google Sheets for price list updates.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
