`Job description:

Job Summary-

Detail-oriented Senior MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS or a related field, with a proven track record of managing data and generating insightful reports to aid in decision-making processes. This role requires a blend of technical skills and business acumen to effectively support our management team with the information needed to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to capture key metrics and insights for various departments.
2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across all reporting.
3. Collaborate with department heads and management to identify reporting needs and customize reports accordingly.
4. Analyze data trends and make recommendations for efficiency improvements and strategic planning.
5. Manage and update databases to ensure up-to-date information is available for reporting purposes.
6. Train and support team members on MIS processes and reporting tools.
7. Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
8. Stay abreast of the latest MIS technologies and best practices to continually improve reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Has previous experience as DME (Data Management Executive ) or MIS executive for atleast 2 years in a manufacturing company.
• Can use data visualization tools like macros, vba
• Knows MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.),
