Coordinating sample requests for advertising purposes for Marketing and PR department, Manhasset look book

Troubleshooting all changes regarding color, sizing, and any arising discrepancies from sample to production

Manage product development process of lighting, including scheduling and preparing for conference calls, following up with vendors, creating and updating design binder, overseeing the approval of and changes to technical drawings and shades

Process all billing for Furniture and Lighting

Oversee logistics and follow up regarding loaning and sale of furniture inter-departmentally for company projects

Liaise with Distribution Coordinator that product requests from main inventory are fulfilled as per agreed service levels

Receive and unpack daily deliveries from the Warehouse and ensure the product is passed on as per the business service requirements

Ensure sample and stock requests are received as ordered and to liaise with Distribution teams in case of discrepancies

Efficient product flow and inventory accuracy of transfers for Upload

Timely fulfilment of in-house requests for products
