We are seeking a skilled E-commerces Marketing Manager specializing in the T-Shirt category to join our team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work for a multi-billion dollar company (HQ: USA, Reporting office: Australia), managing products across various e-commerce platforms, driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage our accounts on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Tata Cliq, ensuring optimal product placement, pricing, and visibility. Marketing Campaigns: Promote our T-shirt products via paid and organic marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. KPI Improvement: Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer retention. Platform Compliance: Stay ahead of the compliance and operational intricacies of each platform to ensure smooth and successful product listings and transactions. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders regarding sales performance, market trends, and insights for better decision-making. Team Leadership: Guide junior team members to meet departmental goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategies. Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with 2+ years dedicated to the T-Shirt category. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English. Availability: Must be available to join immediately. Fast-paced Environment: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
