Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in Sales Management or related field (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, including active listening, adaptability, objection handling, closing techniques, time management, product knowledge, negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with customers.
