Minkasu, Inc. an innovative mobile payments company based in Silicon Valley, California, USA, is looking for a Director, Services to lead our services team in India. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in defining and driving the adoption and usage of our mobile payments solution with our banking partners and merchants. You will be leading a team of service engineers responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and operations of different components of the solution, through the creation and execution of streamlined and efficient processes. You will have a chance to join a brilliant engineering team and contribute in a significant way at an early-stage startup.
