Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in governance to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business analysis and governance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Data Governance: Oversee data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and other documentation to support project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business processes and governance practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through regular reviews and audits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on governance.
