Lead Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer with at least 8 years of experience in React and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. As a UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also provide a seamless and responsive user experience. Key Responsibilities:

1.Front-End Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using React and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

2.UI/UX Design Integration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups and wireframes, ensuring the final product adheres to design guidelines and delivers an outstanding user experience.

3.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices in React and JavaScript development.

4.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks in the user interface to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers and other team members to integrate front-end components with the server-side logic.

6.Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of your code to identify and fix issues, ensuring high-quality and error-free applications.

7.Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase and collaborate effectively with team members.

8.Responsive Design: Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure seamless user experiences on various devices and screen sizes.

9.Accessibility: Ensure that web applications are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

10.Security Awareness: Maintain awareness of web security best practices and implement measures to protect user data and prevent security vulnerabilities.

11.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI development and actively apply them to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI development, with a strong focus on React and JavaScript.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

Experience with front-end build tools, such as Webpack.

Familiarity with RESTful API integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus.
