- Strong Node.js, JavaScript knowledge. React.js experience will be a plus. Additional languages will be a plus
- Proficient with NoSQL, experience with data processing & analysis
- Experience using Scrum and Test-Driven-Development (TDD) processes
- Proven, outstanding communication in various forms to multiple audiences
- Taking care of hiring requirements & assisting in recruitment through tech interviews & screening processes
- A product owner mindset focused on continuous improvement, delivering value to customers, balancing a priority list while not compromising key standards
- Bachelors degree is a must
- At least 4+ years of related development experience
- Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems, with in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Healthcare Technology industry experience will be a plus
