Responsibilities
Experience leading software development teams
Hands-on and "roll up the sleeves" ability and mindset to lead the team technically and architecturally
Ability to motivate, mentor, and grow full-cycle engineers
Introduce transformational change to a mature product, balancing stability against the need to drive innovation and speed to market
Strong Node.js, JavaScript knowledge. React.js experience will be a plus. Additional languages will be a plus
Proficient with NoSQL, experience with data processing & analysis
Experience using Scrum and Test-Driven-Development (TDD) processes
Proven, outstanding communication in various forms to multiple audiences
Taking care of hiring requirements & assisting in recruitment through tech interviews & screening processes
A product owner mindset focused on continuous improvement, delivering value to customers, balancing a priority list while not compromising key standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree is a must
At least 4+ years of related development experience
Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems, with in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Healthcare Technology industry experience will be a plus
