Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, including HR departments, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs (EAPs).
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand MindPeers corporate client base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target companies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and continuous satisfaction.
Reporting and Analytics: Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Eligibility:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate partnerships, university partnerships, etc. preferably in the mental health or wellness industry.
Experience in Global B2B sales and experience to enter new markets is a bonus.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for mental health and wellness and a go-getter attitude is a plus!
