Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of website management, SEO, paid marketing, email campaigns, demand generation, campaign creation, and event management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, paid marketing, and email campaigns.

1. Website Management:
• Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.

1. SEO and SEM:
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Plan and execute SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

1. Paid Marketing:
• Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

1. Email Campaigns:
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open and click-through rates.

1. Demand Generation:
• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

1. Campaign Creation:
• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

1. Event Management:
• Plan and manage marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to ensure successful events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, paid marketing, email campaigns, demand generation, and event management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
