Technical Office Assistant

Role & responsibilities:

• A Bachelor's degree is required equivalent to 1+ years of relevant office administrative experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong initiative and proactivity
• Knowledge of networking and hardware maintenance.
• Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
• Good time-management skills.
• Willing to get trained in use of CRM tool
• Ability to do the internet research
• English proficient in read and write
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
