We are a fashion dynamic and innovative brand looking to expand our online presence. We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Creator/Influencer (Fresher/College Student) who is passionate about social media, trends, and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  
• Develop engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing posts, stories, reels, videos, and blogs based on brand goals and target audience preferences.
• Engagement:
  
• Build and maintain relationships with followers and fans by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with their content.
• Collaborate with other influencers or content creators to increase brand exposure and reach.
• Brand Promotion:
  
• Create content that promotes the brands products/services, ensuring it aligns with the company's voice and values.
• Use affiliate marketing and sponsored posts to drive traffic and increase product awareness.
• Trendspotting:
  
• Stay up to date with current trends, challenges, and hashtags on social media platforms to produce relevant and timely content.
• Suggest new content ideas based on trending topics and viral content.
• Analytics:
  
• Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth to understand the effectiveness of content.
• Regularly provide insights and reports to improve content strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation tools.
• A strong passion for digital marketing, branding, and online influence.
• Good communication skills with a creative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to take high-quality photos/videos (phone camera or professional camera) and edit them using apps like Canva, Adobe, etc.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the influencer marketing space.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Prior experience as a content creator or influencer is a plus, but not mandatory.
