About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of CPA Services to lead and expand our CPA service offerings in the US market from our India GCC. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong expertise in CPA services, GCC operations, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in scaling finance and accounting services, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish & Expand CPA Service Offerings: Lead the development of taxation, accounting, assurance, advisory, and other specialized finance services.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business growth through innovative financial solutions, automation, and technology adoption.
• Transition & Delivery: Oversee due diligence, solutioning, and seamless transition of CPA services to our GCC operations.
• P&L Management: Own the profit & loss for the CPA vertical, ensuring sustainable financial growth and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Culture Building: Inspire and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to align CPA services with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA or CPA certification with 15+ years of experience in managing CPA services for the US market.
• Proven leadership in managing large finance teams within GCCs or high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in driving innovation, automation, and process transformation in finance and accounting.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scale operations in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent strategic, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
