Guest identification - Identify guests and create a multi-month interview calendar.
Guest Scheduling

- Create an interview schedule, manage communication for guest availability, ensure guest recording prep & setup and possibly do a 5-minute audio test with a guest.
Host prep - Conduct guest research (background and current events) and create a guest dossier for the podcast host with guest research, including suggested questions.

Responsibilities:

Guest Identification:

Research and identify potential guests who align with the podcast's or content's theme and target audience.
Utilize social media, industry publications, and personal networks to discover suitable guests.
Create a database of potential guests for future reference.
Guest Scheduling:

Coordinate with guests to schedule interview times that are mutually convenient.
Manage guest availability and reschedule interviews as needed.
Ensure that guests have all necessary information and materials prior to the interview.
