Technical Lead / Manager

Our client, Local Factor Group is looking for a Technical Lead / Manager who has strong Backend and DevOps experience and can also manage Frontend work

You will work with a bunch of experts in various technologies on exciting work in innovative interfaces and ad technologies

Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead/Manager and overall 8+ years

About the role:

Experience in managing frontend development in React, Vue and similar Javascript/Typescript technologies, backend in Nodejs , Expressjs and similar

Strong experience in at least one of the below backend languages (both will be a plus)

Golang (Go) Development:

Strong knowledge of Go programming language fundamentals

Experience in developing concurrent and efficient applications with Go

Python Development

Strong in python programming and language fundamentals

Experience in developing applications using FastAPI, Django or Flask

Data Analytics, AI/ML integrations would be a plus

Experience in DevOps and tools

Docker:

Proficiency in Docker containerization and should have built production ready images

Kubernetes (K8s):

Hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on Kubernetes

Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, including pods, deployments, and services

Knowledge of Kubernetes resources and YAML configuration for deploying applications

CI/CD Pipeline:

Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

Proficiency with tools like GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Jenkins

Databases:

Experience with relational (e g

, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e g

, MongoDB, Cassandra), Redis

Ability to design database schemas and optimize database queries
