DevOps Engineer - Appian

Role: DevOps Engineer - Appian

Exp: 3+ years

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

∙Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Appian applications using third party tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Appian and JIRA.

∙Collaborate with development, QA, and Customers' DBA teams to automate and streamline deployment processes.

∙Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

∙Implement and manage Versioning Manager

∙Ensure security best practices are followed in all DevOps processes.

∙Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

∙Provide support for Appian platform upgrades and patching.

∙Document processes, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

∙3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Appian.

∙Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

∙Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

∙Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

∙Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

∙Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

∙Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher.

∙Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

∙Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.
