Job Description
- Strategy Development:

- Sales Management:
- Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals, ensuring they meet targets.
- Oversee sales funnel management and ensure conversions from inquiries to patient appointments or hospital services.
- Develop strategies to increase referrals from doctors and other healthcare providers.
- Branding and Public Relations:
- Manage the hospital's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare influencers, industry partners, and media.
- Organize events, sponsorships, or community outreach programs to promote the hospital's services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments accordingly.
- Analyze patient demographics and patient feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Advertising and Digital Marketing:
- Oversee both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website, email marketing, print ads, and TV/radio spots.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, and other digital tools to improve online visibility.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive patient engagement and improve online appointment booking systems.
- Patient Experience and Satisfaction:
- Work to improve the patient journey, from initial awareness to post-care services.
- Monitor patient feedback through surveys and reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
