JR69443 Memory Module Hardware Design Architect

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design & Development
Define and develop DIMM hardware architectures, including DDR, LPDDR, and next-generation memory technologies.
Optimize designs for performance, power, reliability, and manufacturability.
2. Hardware Design
Develop schematics and layout guidance for DIMM modules (SODIMM, RDIMM, LPCAM) and related components.
Specify design requirements for signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).
3. Validation & Testing
Lead design validation efforts, including simulation, lab testing, and compliance to JEDEC standards.
Collaborate with test engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with system architects, firmware engineers, and ASIC teams to ensure seamless integration of DIMM designs into broader system architectures.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate new memory technologies.
5. Innovation & Research
Research and evaluate emerging memory technologies and standards.
Contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools for hardware design optimization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
15+ years of experience in hardware design, specifically in memory modules or systems.
In-depth knowledge of DDR4/DDR5 standards, JEDEC compliance, and high-speed PCB design principles.
Expertise in signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and timing analysis.
Proficiency with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor Graphics) for schematic design and simulation.
Strong understanding of system-level hardware/software interactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation.
