Job Description
As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness in facility operations. You will oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with standards, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and various teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Description:
- Initiative Development: Identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
- Activity Oversight: Monitor and control daily operational activities to ensure alignment with required standards.
- Management Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with senior management to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic direction.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of various projects and initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate HK resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize facility operations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all project-related activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, adding controls on the payment process to vendors.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of facility operations, such as the effective utilization of Employee Transportation, third-party services versus outcomes, AMCs for equipment paid versus own maintenance, etc.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of facility operations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity, working closely with the BCP team.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology to improve facility management processes and enhance operational efficiency, such as an indenting portal for employee services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Support India Leaders and Team Members
- Support the development of a high-performing culture and programs that foster engagement, DEI, and innovation.
- Support succession planning, talent development, leadership development, and engagement programs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop current and future Micron leaders.
- Exhibit and drive leadership attributes within team.
Required Experience:
- Educational Background: MBA in Business Operations
- Industry Experience: 10+ years of proven success in facilities operation
