Work Within CrossFunctional Teams To Drive Successful Deployments : Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and updates.

Act As The Embodiment Of The Agile Attitude; Lead Teams In Iterative Product Development Using Lean Principles And A Quality-First Approach To Development : Champion Agile methodologies, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Utilize Lean principles to streamline processes and improve product quality.

As an IT Monitoring Manager working on monitoring tools at Micron Technology, you will support the installation, maintenance, and administration of Micron s monitoring & Data Analytics tools under your responsibility : Oversee the deployment and configuration of monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, and AppDynamics to ensure comprehensive system visibility and analytics.

Provide the ability to gather report and alarm on infrastructure software or hardware for the purpose of ensuring reliable operations of information technology : Develop custom dashboards and alerting mechanisms to proactively monitor system health and performance. Utilize SNMP and Syslog protocols for real-time monitoring.

Specialization is required in user support, system performance management tools, security, knowledge module development, and tuning of systems monitoring to ensure always higher system performance : Implement best practices for system perfor mance tuning and optimization. Develop knowledge modules for enhanced monitoring capabilities and integrate with SIEM tools for security analytics.

You will work with Micron s Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements : Conduct regular reviews with business units to ensure IT solutions align with business goals and performance expectations.

You will be expected to suggest, promote and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity and ensure regulatory as well as license compliance : Advocate for the adoption of industry standards such as ITIL and COBIT to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
