Sales Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Direct marketing strategic Planning, Business development, Team management.
• Responsible for meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning.
• Responsible for increasing the sales by tapping new clients.
• Provide necessary business information.
• Generating revenue for the organization monthly.
• Co-ordination with Sales Team.
• Map potential customer & generate leads for organization.
• Maintaining & improving relationships with clients.
• To increase the business with help of merchant & business strategies.
• Responsible for merchant expansion targets through increased number of merchants in existing & new.
• Responsible for entire Territory Sales & service.
• Responsible for managing the budget and invoicing process with vendors to ensure an optimized process for tracking and paying the bills.
• Review new and existing contracts.
• Manage and develop both channel and vendor relationships. Work closely with other departments to implement cross discipline synergies.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for the Telecom organization and drive continuous improvement in these areas.
• Provide guidance and support for product and service development and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and run operations at the same time.

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and isolate problems and process information in a fast-paced environment
