About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Leadership roles. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract top talent, enhance the candidate experience, and drive the recruitment process efficiently through the use of an ATS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Lead the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance for various functions, including Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Leadership positions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  2. ATS Management:
    • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Ensure all candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring data are recorded and updated accurately in the ATS.
    • Leverage ATS analytics and reporting to track and optimize recruitment KPIs and processes.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure that all recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and best practices.
  4. Talent Pool Building & Sourcing:
    • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  5. Leadership & Executive Hiring:
    • Oversee leadership recruitment efforts, including senior-level executives and other key business-critical roles.
    • Partner with leadership to create tailored recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
    • Track recruitment performance metrics, ensuring timelines, quality of hires, and cost-per-hire are consistently met.
    • Implement continuous improvements to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience hiring across multiple functions, including Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and methods for passive and active candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in working under tight deadlines and managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance).
