Engage with B2B/B2C customers to build and strengthen relationship to generate multi product business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate sales business for Gold loan, business loan, CD, Two Wheeler, PL and sourcing of insurance
- Ensure productivity of ASMs & SMs through direct and indirect business
- Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.
- Managing assigned number of Rural next branches
- Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity
- Plans for business expansion - identifies and maps new areas, including fraud likelihoods, derives projections
- Reviews and discusses achievement with team periodically; Conducts mid-year and annual performance review per team member, providing feedback for their improvement
- Business Development:Drive sales and business development efforts of BLSE
- Competitive Assessment:
- The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
- The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams & manager to achieve the desired business objective.
- Business Review & Reporting:
- The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of business targets
- Plan location wise outdoor sales in location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.

Clearing day to day reportees and major customer queries within
- Connect with field Teams Spending the Maximum time to Our Team. Link performance with rewards and recognition as par their achievement.

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications :
- Graduation / Post graduation
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
- People & Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
b) Work Experience:
