Job Description
We are hiring for Sr. Executive / Executive - Credit Control/ Claims Dept.
Skill:
- Education qualification: B.Com / MBA / M.Com.
- 3-4 years of work experience in Commercial or Finance Department
- Working experience in Pharma Industry /Depot/ Distributors
- Knowledge of Advance Excel is must with analytical skill
- Good communication skill in English and Hindi language is preferred.
Roles:
- Settlement of Payables and Claims, commission received from the distributors
- Validation of claims with relevant documents and Process.
- Post the Credit notes entries in SAP
- Preparation of MIS for claims settled during the month & YTD and Its analysis and variances
- Co-ordinate with distributors & team members
- Reconciliation of Ledger
- Travelling with team members at Distributors locations
