We are hiring for Business Manager / Area Manager for Francophone countries

• Qualification - B. Pharma/BSc -Bio group & MBA (Marketing or Pharma).

• Experience 6 years in Pharma marketing with experience in Chronic management

- Cardiac, Diabetic, Gastro & CNS.

• Good communication, Initial posting will be as a single.

• Position will be posted at Niger

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the Sales Budget
• To effectively manage the field force and implement business strategies.
• To do CMEs and Seminars at PAN country level & Macro level.
• New Product launches - Analyze data to identify gaps in product portfolio

management, recommend to superior, and assist in launch plan development in

order to expand the product portfolio.

• To travel and joint field work with given business strategies.
• Managing KOLs. Key Customer Management and Brand Building Activities
• Acquiring leadership position in therapeutic segments.
• Handling identified SBUs having 5-7 MSRs each or more with local manager.
• Ability to learn regulatory filing and obtaining timely approvals.
• Preferences Selection from Indian market and candidate is ready for taking

position as an expat.

• To learn French at first priority – verbal and written.
• Articulation & reporting /MIS as per SOPs
• Financial Discipline and Integrity
• Stock Management – Responsible for management of in country stocks for ensuring

continuous supply to the markets for achievements of Budget based on incremental

demand and hospital supplies.

Remuneration - Negotiable and based on competence and skills paid in USDs
