The Hospital Business Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various administrative, financial, and operational aspects for Hospital business in Micro. They are responsible for managing administrative tasks, financial operations, stakeholder relations, project management, and also for preparing hospital quotations and submission on time
**Responsibilities: **
1. **Administrative Coordination: **
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, maintaining data of Hospitals billings,preparing hospital quotations and creating weekly dashboard
- Coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Oversee the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
2. **Financial Management: **
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenditure to ensure financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with the finance department to track revenue, expenses, and financial performance of Hospital business
- Support billing and execute processes to maximize revenue and minimize discrepancies.
3. **Operational Support:**
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational processes
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and also quick in reducing the timelines for operational executions
4. **Hospital Quotation Preparation: **
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for hospital services with all products details and keep a track record of summary of that on weekly basis
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather necessary information for quotations.
- Ensure quotations adhere to pricing guidelines, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
5. **Project Management: **
- Support strategic initiatives and projects
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
6. **Stakeholder Relations: **
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as staff, management, and external customers
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders including vendors, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
- Address concerns or inquiries from stakeholders and facilitate effective communication channels.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in Hospital business is essential to apply for this post
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- certified MS office and excel professional with skills on MS Power point will be handy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
