Manager - Regulatory (Energy, 3-5 years, Gurgaon)

Job Description:

1. Track & analyse state level regulations that will impact the business of the organization.

2. Oversee and manage all regulatory affairs related to the energy and natural resources industry.

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the electricity sector.

4. Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies.

5. Understand how diff state policies will impact the business & what would be the favorable states to invest in.

6. Work closely with different teams- BD, Bidding, Projects.

7. Stay abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and advise the company accordingly.

8. Lead and manage a team of regulatory professionals.

9. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure regulatory compliance.
