- To develop strategies for the US regions aligned with the organization's mission, vision and objectives.
- Ensuring the US laws and regulations regulations & laws like Federal Employment, State Employment, Workplace Regulations, Health & Safety Regulations, Wage and Hour Laws, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Compensation, Labor Relations and National Laws of the EU Countries.
- Talent Acquisition and Management aligning with the Federal Employment & State Employment Laws of US.
- Compensation and Benefits with designing and administering with the Statutory Compliance's especially for the US regions.
- HR Tech and Systems involving overseeing the implementation and utilisation of HR technology solutions, including KEBS automation, and other HR systems contributing to organisation's objective of becoming a holistic AI-first DX company.
- Stakeholder management with collaborating with the internal stakeholders in the US region with Operations management.
- Minimum experience of 12 years in managing HR Functions of the US.
- Knowledge on the US region's Labor Laws and Regulations, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, Organisation Development, HR Analytics and Metrics, HRIS, Budgeting and Financials, Risk Management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR Technology solutions.
