Job Title: Head of People
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for the GCC.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to meet hiring goals.
- Oversee the creation of onboarding processes for smooth transitions.
2. People Strategy & Planning:
- Drive the people agenda to support business strategy and operational needs.
- Implement workforce planning initiatives to meet growing team needs.
- Provide strategic advice on organisational structure, talent management, and employee development.
3. People Processes & Operational Excellence:
- Ensure implementation and quality assurance of People processes.
- Embed people approaches that foster high performance, efficiency, and customer focus.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and create compliance policies.
4. Employee Development & Engagement:
- Design and implement learning and development programs.
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead cultural initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
5. Performance & Change Management:
- Lead implementation of performance management systems.
- Manage change initiatives and support employees during organisational changes.
- Identify capability gaps and design action plans.
6. Attrition Management:
- Introduce measures to reduce attrition based on industry insights.
7. Employer Value Proposition (EVP):
- Partner with leadership to define and communicate a compelling EVP.
- Collaborate to create a strong employer brand.
8. Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I):
- Champion and lead ED&I initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment and people processes align with ED&I goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong People knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Proven leadership and influence skills.
- Talent management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
- Strong understanding of local culture and ability to work with diverse teams.
Experience Required:
- 12+ years of experience in human resources or people management roles.
- Proven track record in supporting talent acquisition and PEOPLE operations.
- Experience working within an SSC or GBS environment.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development and leading cultural change initiatives.
