Responsibilities

List of Activities

• Analyze, design, test, and implementation of new or changed business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape.
• Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs.
• Responsible for implementation/enhancement project support as prioritize by the product.
• Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.
• Support & Coordinate on topics with Integration with other modules.
• Understand requirement & prepare functional specifications for development.
• Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement.
• Support Key User and User on daily activities.
• Close collaboration with Global IT.
• Responsible for team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc..

Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience into respective & allied modules.
• Experience working with integrations utilizing IDOC, RFC, FTP and interfaces.
• Proficient in configuration & customizations, managing change requests etc.
• Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework.
• Experience working in a highly customized SAP environment or equivalent platform.
• Working experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Domain Experience is an added advantage.
• Basic debugging skills is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Mass data update and Data Migration tools.
