Architect / Draftsperson

JOB SUMMARY:

Architectural Design & Drafting Firm Seeks Architect/Draftsperson with 1-3 years Minimum Experience in Residential Field.

RESPONSIBILITY:

 Create detailed architectural drawings and plans.

 Collaborate with clients through email to understand their design requirements.

 Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.

 Work independently and as part of a team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 Bachelors degree in Architecture/Diploma in Architecture, BE-Civil

 1-3 Year minimum experience in Residential projects.

 Proficiency on AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD

 Knowledge of photoshop, MS office and 3d software like Google SketchUp and rendering tools will be add on.

 Good time management skills, the ability to work to specific deadlines, and under pressure at times.

 Have a willingness to learn International Standards.

 Have a base level of English, and a desire to improve English skills both written and verbal.

 Well organized and highly motivated.

 Great attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

 Ability to work in a team environment and take direction when required.
