We at MFC is looking for a reliable Operations Executive to support the GM operations for day-to-day operations activities. Her responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Female candidates preferably from Transportation, Logistic or Supply chain industry.

Roles and Responsibility

The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize the companys processes.

They oversee the logistics and supply chain involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Operations Executives often manage a team, which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities.

They often have a role in budget preparation and oversight, ensuring that operations are conducted within the financial constraints of the organization.

Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement is often part of the role. They may also be responsible for reporting these findings to senior management.

Coordinate with driver Supervisor for smooth operational work

Analyzing and recording the costs associated with vehicle mobilization and demobilization to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Ensuring that expenses are aligned with the budget by monitoring and controlling costs to maintain financial efficiency

Preparing trip sheets to ensure accurate route details from start to end Recording advance payments details in trip sheets (ERP software) while also managing and tracking driver and supervisor- related expenses for effective cost control.

Preparing trip summary reports, including profit and loss analysis, and comparing budgeted expenses with actual costs to ensure financial accuracy and performance monitoring.

Requirements

1) She must be having a bachelor’s degree

2) 2/3 Year experience working in operations department

3) Excellent communication Written and Verbal Skills.

4) Having experience in preparing financial reports.

5) Good with MS Office, MIS reporting

6) The Current filed should be in logistics.

7) Ability to work under pressure.

8) Knowledge of Basic accounts will be an added advantage
