Production Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Carry out the activities CIP/SIP and machine operation as per SOPs and specified parameters.
• Complete the BMR, in process check lists, logbook and proper status labelling of equipments and rooms , logbook on time and online.
• To check the area and machineries before intimating to IPQA for line clearance.
• To perform the in-process check during filling activity and integrity test of machine.
• Any deviation in system or in process / break down of machineries should be intimated to immediate supervisor.
• To maintain the discipline and personnel hygiene.
• To co-ordinate with other operators to avoid any delay/break down during manufacturing activity.
• To train sub ordinates and workers as per work allotted.
• To ensure adherence to cGMP/ GDP, safety , health and environment and SOP throughout the manufacturing activities.
• To report abnormalities and incident of Rommelag BP Machine on time and to initiate the Work permit if needed .
• To identify the risk involved in the operation and intimation of same to immediate supervisor.
• To Check the maintenance of the machine and spare parts availability as per preventive maintenance scheduled .
• To be active team member in the inventory management of the consumable items and change spare parts related to the Rommelag BP Machine.
• To arrange and report the destruction of all the rejected materials during filling activity on .
• Rotation in the Section and assigned to handle additional responsibility from time to time given by the Section In charge.

Skills:

- Multi Skilled

- Preparation experience in Rommelag BP Machine and troubleshooting will be preferred.

- Quick learner for any procedure/ document changes.

- Quality Oriented and self-motivated and imitative..
